It wasn’t until after we got into business that I started to realize that retail in general was dying.

You would of thought that because I was young that I would be much more in tune with the growth of online sales. But, because I was young I was extremely eager to get into business, and didn’t necessarily think about it.

All I saw was an opportunity.
.
Supplements can be extremely complicated. There are so many different products, so many different ingredients, and so many ways to take them. My goal is to educate consumers, help them pick the proper products for themselves, and assist them with implementing them into their routine. I really learned an effective way of doing this while working @s2faction . And that was to speak to people face to face within a retail store...and it really worked.

So, in the long run it might have worked out that I was one tracked minded. If I would have thought about it too much I think I would have hesitated to get started, and may have tried to really think of a newer online based model.
.
But, without a second thought we jumped right into retail to bring this service to the great of Oklahoma City. And, now looking at it I am happy we did, because it works. Face to face in a retail setting really allows us to provide the service our customers deserve. And, I just don’t know that there is a way to bring that same level of service to online customers...yet.
