It’s at this store, working for this company, with this group of guys that I got my start.
.
I have always been the type of person that won’t put much effort into something if I’m not passionate about it.
.
Up until this point I had never been passionate about any jobs I had ever worked, or school for that matter either.
.
I started working for the supplement store, @s2faction , my junior year at Missouri State, and that is the point when my whole life changed. I enjoyed being a part of the fitness community, and helping people, but these aren’t the reasons I put more effort into this job than anything else I had ever done before in my life.
.
I was excited, and worked my ass off every single day, because Supplements Superstore was growing and are still growing at very rapid pace. They are a rock solid company, they like to promote employees from within, and I wanted to be part of that more than anything.
.
I’m pretty sure every single person I worked with was there and working just as hard for the exact same reason.
.
It was like working with a team, not just other employees. No one just punched the clock, or worked for a paycheck. We were there to grow a company and create opportunities for ourselves. We helped each other constantly get better to help make our stores the best in the company.
.
I don’t mean to brag, but I’m pretty sure the words “Dream Team” were mentioned at one point...
.
If you didn’t already know, since then I have left that company to start my own, TRIAD, here in OKC. I’m happy to say that I still have at least a good relationship with all of those guys.
.
Today, I don’t think I would classify myself or @triadfsn as “successful” quite yet, but I do what I love every single day, and feel that this company has just an unreal amount of potential because the people in this picture, and the company we all worked for.
.
A big thank you to @andyfrisella & @Chrisn78 for starting not only a great company to work for, but somewhere that helped me get my start as an entrepreneur.
.
I hope to be able to create a similar team and atmosphere at TRIAD.
